EMTECH SPACE P.C. for the last two years has been developing technology for Distributed Energy Resources Management – that we call iDERgridy – to address challenges rising from their integration in distribution grids, as well as to support the decentralisation acceleration of our energy system. We are firm advocates of the European 2030 energy strategy and the role of renewables in global warming mitigation.
Transitioning from the Proof of Concept to the Proof of Value phase, requires continuous business development activities with effective communication of the team’s commitment and capabilities to relieve the customer pain point. For an SME with limited resources, access to private capital and strategic partnerships are in most cases fundamental in the journey of achieving revenue security.
In this context, a lean business plan under the review of expert advisors can provide interested parties with a clear message of our value proposition and competitive advantage and become the medium towards accessing the needed resources.
The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) operates in Greece from 2018 and through the Advice for Small Businesses program, connects firms with local or international consultants to help them address their needs. In the last six months the EBRD and KiNNO Consultants LTD have been supporting us in restructuring our business plan for a spinout solely focused on smart electricity grids.
Nikolaos-Antonios Livanos, EMTECH-CEO made the following statement:
“The EBRD’s Advice for Small Businesses program has been instrumental in concentrating our focus on rethinking our strategy, objectives and diving into business plan areas previously unelaborated. Emphasis was given on IP identification and management as well as enterprise valuation methodologies, thus elevating our investment readiness level. In the following months we will engage in disseminating our business plan to our targeted audience.”
