Greek Power Transmission Operator (ADMIE S.A.)

Today, a large number of iReact-3 and iReact-TAP installations throughout the Greek region handle peak loads near 1,5 GWatt and are being monitored and controlled by an information system installed in ADMIE S.A. headquarters (the Independent Power Transmission Operator). Using the analytics feature of iReact-Prognosis we have quantified two major benefits from iReact application in ADMIE S.A.

An 8% average power loss reduction at 750MW average yearly load
with 3% transmission losses yearly is about 15,800MWhrs
1MWhr costs about 50€ so the total yearly savings are about 800,000€.
